VOYA Awards

Honoring the Next Generation of Veterinary Leaders

The Veterinary Outstanding Young Achievers (VOYA) Awards celebrate young veterinary professionals and students who are driving positive change in animal health, welfare, and public service. Each year, the Kenya Veterinary Association honors exceptional youth leadership, innovation, and excellence across clinical practice, research, education, and community outreach—empowering the next generation of veterinary leaders.

The veterinary profession is rich with individuals whose contributions impact both animal and human health. From agriculture and public health to animal welfare, clinical practice, research, education, and government service, these professionals advance the science and practice of veterinary medicine while upholding the highest standards of compassion and humane treatment.

Since 2010, the Kenya Veterinary Association has proudly recognized such dedication and excellence, shining a spotlight on those who inspire progress and embody the true spirit of veterinary service.
